1. Platform and Seller

panomc.com is a platform. Only official Pano products and services are sold on it; products of third parties are not sold. The seller of all paid products and services on the platform is PanoMC LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States). The seller sells in its own name, and only to customers in the countries and regions it is able to sell to.

The contract of sale is concluded between you and the seller. The seller takes the payment, issues the receipt and the invoice, and is the party you address for cancellations and refunds. The seller's name, its own terms of sale and its refund policy are shown at checkout before you pay; its name is also on your invoice.

The products and services you buy are delivered (download, license, activation of the service) through the panomc.com platform. Digital content is added to your account or made available for download after payment is completed; nothing is shipped.

Where the seller does not sell to your country or region, a purchase cannot be completed.

The minimum payment is 1 USD (or its equivalent in the currency you are charged in). A discount cannot bring a paid order below this amount. The amount you pay is always shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital content (plugins, themes, etc.), no returns are possible for purchased products. It is recommended that you carefully review the product descriptions and demo posts, if any, before purchasing.

Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund despite this, you pay for what was provided until then and the rest is refunded. Send such a request to support@panomc.com.

3. Support

Support covers the official Pano products and services sold on the platform. If you have a technical problem with a product or service you bought, contact us at support@panomc.com.

Content shared by third parties, such as free community plugins and themes, is not sold on the platform and is supported by its own author.

4. Acceptance

By confirming the order at checkout, you confirm that you have read this policy and the order summary shown before payment, and you accept them electronically. After the order you receive a confirmation e-mail (receipt) with the order summary. Your receipts and invoices remain available in the billing section of your account, and this policy remains available on this page.
